A FAMILY HISTORY

Hello, I'm Tita Pollam, the owner of Hotel Latemar Spitze in Vigo di Fassa. To me, this hotel is much more than just my job, it's my home—our home. I grew up here and ever since I took over management, I've continued to run the hotel with the passion and energy my parents passed down to me. With the invaluable help of my wife Paola, my children Francesca and Gabriele, and my trusted staff, we take care of your rest and peace of mind, working at our best for three generations to offer our guests an authentic Ladin holiday experience.

Our recipes are a trip to the memories, to the origin of tastes; they are passed down from one generation to another and in the past they represented a poor but authentic kitchen that smells like home and family. We work daily to maintain the magic of these traditions, cultivating the most fresh and healthy ingredients close to our kitchen. The dough, traditionally hand made and stretched with the rolling pin, the vegetables, just picked up in the garden and still smelling like earth, and the aromatic herbs, which are always fresh picked up and used to flavor our dishes.

We welcome you in Vigo di Fassa, in the heart of Fassa Valley. Vigo di Fassa is a small village nestled in the wounderful Dolomites of Fassa Valley, surrounded by nature, with unpolluted forests and green meadows, which are magically covered with snow with in Winter. Vigo di Fassa is a special and peculiar village, in an excellent location: since 2016, Vigo di Fassa is officially one of the most beautiful villages of Italy.
